The next level 3 investigators exam will be held in a venue near Burton on Trent in the Midlands on the 28th of September 2023 (10.30am). Students will need to be registered with Skills for Justice prior to the 11th of September to sit this exam.
The final exam for 2023 will be 7th November 2023 in Central London.
The exact locations and timings will be sent to those who register.
For those students that have completed the IPI foundation course please remember that your first attempt at this exam is free of charge.
If you have previous Public sector or Military experience in Investigations you can sit the exam without the requirement to complete the IPI Foundation course.

SFJ Level 3 Award Costs.

If you have previous experience qualifying you to enter the exam direct, we are currently offering this at a cost of £125. This will include a PDF copy of the recently updated IPI Investigator Manual (normally £75) and one attempt at the SFJ Level 3 Exam. If you would prefer to do the exam without the provision of the IPI Investigator Manual, the cost will be £100.
Prior to the exam there will be a brief refresher input provided by an IPI trainer.
Should it be necessary for any student to re-sit the examination, the resit will cost £50 per resit.
This is not just for IPI members that don’t yet have the qualification, but is open for anyone who is interested in securing this important industry qualification.
